At British Supplements, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn garments with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include the completed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Royal Mail location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
